  1. I like the official, encyclopedic tones of some of the sentences here that mix with the outre imagery that oozes into the lines like psychadelic funky formaldehyde onto scholarly stationary. Are you sure that it's not your grotto that's papered with butterfly wings? I think these poems nicely compare to a monarch's tricolored wings.
